Tyler at Hart Masonry was very professional to work with and did extremely high quality work on our chimney. After contacting five other contractors and having communication issues with each one, Hart Masonry responded to our inquiries quickly, came out to assess our property within the week, and put us on the schedule nearly immediately. After running into more issues than expected with the chimney(s), Tyler and his crew were able to make repairs same-day and were very fair on pricing for the additional work. We hired Hart Masonry in April to address standing water issues along the side of our house, which had been causing leaks in the basement through a wall crack and chimney. They dug down and installed new drain pipes and put the coating on the walls. Since the work was completed, we haven’t experienced any leaks, which is definitely a positive outcome. Within the first ten minutes, they accidentally hit our gas line, causing a significant issue that required the fire department's assistance and left us without gas for a day and a half. Roughly 3 years ago we had a little water in one area of our basement after it rained. We could see that the ground on that side of our house had sunken. Plus the appearance of the white chalky substance along that basement wall was an indication of a problem. After doing some online research of companies and reviews we called Hart Masonry and Waterproofing. Brandon came out promptly to check out our basement. He confirmed that we had a problem all along that wall and not just where the water was appearing. He also pointed out that the white chalky substance was starting to wrap around to the wall on the front side of the house. When we went outside you could see that the ground behind the shrubs was also sinking . So we went ahead with waterproofing the front and side of the house
