The plumber did a great job their billing is horrible. I was told the plumber would call when they were on their way. (No call) I was told it was going to be $250/hr since it was after 3pm. I received a phone call at 3:30 saying the plumber was there instead of them calling to say he was on his way. He finished the job by 4:30 and was in his van writing up the bill at 4:40 he got out and handed us a undetailed bill just saying snaked house drain. The bill was $512. I was in shock!! We paid and asked him if he could pull out of the driveway so we could leave he pulled infront of our house. After calling the office and speaking with Chris he said I should have been billed for 3 hours but he took an hour off. WHAT???? Chris said the GPS puts him at our house over 2 hours. We have used Hartcorn Plumbing for both Commercial work and residential. Both Chris from new installs and Chris from the service division are a pleasure to deal with and the guys they have working for them are very knowledgeable and clean with their work and have yet to leave a mess. They are licensed for various types of plumbing work from service, new installs and fire sprinklers. We will continue to use them in the future. Thank you guys for everything!

This guy is an absolute crook. Stay away from him he's going to rip you off. He starts off pretty pleasant and gives good prices on things, but once it's too late and he's already got his elbows into everything you own then the price changed because he finds out other things that need to be taken care of. I had no choice but to pay him, what amounted to practically double what it should have cost. I'm also missing a $50 bill from my sister's birthday card.

Great service with a great company. I would highly recommend for any plumbing and fire sprinkler issues. The gentleman who came to my house was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have 24/7 emergency service 7 days a week. We will never use another plumbing company.

For just the plumber I would have given 5 STARS... He was pleasant, courteous, knowlegeable, efficient. I will want him to be the one to come back and do the work I need... ***But I dont' know how some people stay in business. Whoever is in charge needs to develop better management skills and keep better watch on whomever is doing the work. To start, I was told I would be contacted about time for arrival for the estimate I requested on some work I wanted done... No call, the plumber just showed up. I was in the middle of getting my daughter ready for school. I would have notified them that I would be available anytime after 8:10 had I received the call.
