Needed custom ductwork fabrication to connect our new over-the-range microwave vent to existing ductwork with a challenging offset. Nathan from Harts was great throughout the entire process. He took careful measurements and detailed notes during the initial assessment, put me in touch with the right department to work with me on pricing to reach a fair agreement, and kept me updated on when the custom piece would arrive. When he returned for installation, he was prompt and professional - the entire job took less than an hour. The custom piece fit perfectly and everything was tested before he left. Really impressed with the quality of work and communication. Would definitely recommend Harts and Nathan specifically for any HVAC work.

Dominnick Martin was great! He took the time to explain everything to me about the hot water heater and gave me the pros and cons and of each type of system. He took the time to show me different choices to pick from and was in no hurry no rush no pressure. I felt like he actually truly cared about my satisfaction. If if it wasn't for Dominic's professionalism I don't know if I would have chosen this company. I had several other companies lined up to come in and take a look. After speaking with Dominic in the first 10 minutes I knew that he was the right choice! Harts you guys need to know that Dominic is an excellent installer and a true asset to your company! We had a great experience with Harts. We had a leak in the crawlspace coming from the plumbing for the kitchen sink. They were able to replace the small section that had cracked without replacing the whole pipe system. This was originally quoted as a $5k repair but he was able to do it for $665. Plumber was knowledgeable and considerate. He had the repair done in a hour. I will be recommending this company to anyone in town with plumbing issues. 5 stars!

We’ve had multiple service visits through Harts’ home care plan, and the pattern has been concerning. About a month ago, during an HVAC appointment, the technician initially discussed the issue with me. Once my husband arrived home, the technician stopped addressing me entirely and stated he preferred to wait and speak with my husband instead. When I asked what the problem was, I was told he would rather explain it to my husband, despite me being present and involved in the appointment. More recently, we scheduled a service call for low water pressure to our refrigerator. The technician refused to inspect the water line or valve and stated the issue was “just how that model of fridge is,” citing that he owns the same model. No troubleshooting was performed.
