Absolutely in love with my new tile! I was so fortunate to come across Hartwell Flooring while I was getting ready to remodel our kitchen. Jennifer was a delight to communicate with, amazing throughout my decision making process and setting up the installation date. Not only was Chad professional, attentive to all my requests, and exceeded my expectation with the tile installment; he also was very personable and represented that he was all around a hardworking guy! 10/10 recommend Hartwell Flooring Center!! I was referred by another lady at a nationally known business down the street from them ( HD ). I was determined to shop local. I immediately called and asked for a specific flooring product….she had it! Three weeks later, ironically, I needed something very important from that same line of products (Schluter@) and she didn’t have any left, but, she found a way to get it to me before the week was over. I am thrilled with my new floors. The installers were professional and did a super job. Jennifer was informative and helped us pick the right product, and Chad was great and oversaw the installation. My floors look awesome. We will definitely use them in the future. Exceptional experience!

Chad was quick to get to our home and Jennifer was very helpful showing various products and with her help we made the right decision They were price competitive and I have to acknowledge the lead installer on our job Triston. He has been raised in the business and for a younger man he has the ability to tackle the job and finish with very happy customers he cleaned up each day and kept us informed of the next day’s activities. Excellent work! I had my bathtub and floor tiled as part of a master bathroom remodel. Great customer service and professional tile installation. I am very happy with how this project turned out and will happily work with them again for any other flooring or tiling needs.
