Herring Well Boring & Drilling

I could not be happier with the service I received! The front desk ladies were so kind, and got me on the schedule right away. They sent Ryan & Michael out to work on my well and replace my pump, they did an amazing job & were extremely professional, knowledgeable, quick & efficient. They had great attention to detail and handled everything with care. I am very grateful to them for getting my water back running and completing a same day service. I highly recommend this company!

Called this company for a month and got the run around about being so busy but would call me with in 2 weeks . That did not happen I checked to see what the problem was did not hsve my information at all and again was promised a callin a week again too busy . All the reviews are about well and pump repairs no reviews on well boring and drilling. I was in management for years and if I had run my operation this way I would not have had a job and the company would have been bankrupt.

A+ Hannah in the front office was very receptive to our somewhat unusual well service request and put us on the schedule. They called 15 minutes before arriving on Friday to assess the job and were back on site Monday morning at 8:00 AM. Roger, Taylor and Larry did a great job for us and now we are confident with our well providing us water for at least another decade. Highly recommend the crew and office staff at Herring Well!

If I could of gave this company 10 stars I would have! They came the following day after I called. They got my well up and running quickly. Both gentlemen were professional, kind, and helpful. They even left my yard in better shape than they found it after they put in the trench. They got my business for as long as I have a well! Thanks so much!

About a month ago I called this business when my water stopped working. It was in the late afternoon on a Friday and I was rushing out the door to get to the post office before they closed and did not have time to go to the well and check it first.The receptionist called back as I was driving home and said two guys would come out and I asked her if they could take a debit card because I did not have cash. She said yes with a fee added. The guys got there right after I pulled in my driveway. We walked out to the well and the one guy lifted the switch box and a tiny mouse dropped out to the ground and the well immediately turned back on. I jokingly asked, “Do I still have to pay $110?” and the guy looked mad and said “Yeah don’t you have the money?” I told him yes my debit card was back at t
