Absolutely 100% satisfied with the service we received today from Hartz Heating and Air. Over the last few weeks our aging furnace and AC was showing serious signs of nearing its end. My wife and I have had several companies out for quotes and decided to go with Hartz. Mike's proposal was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me on Hartz was what Mike included in the proposal. Some of the other companies quoted just to swap out what we had. Mike's quote included changing a few things not just to make the system work again but rather make it work much better. Hartz didn't send out a couple of mindless techs to install our new equipment either but rather what felt like the whole company. We have family in Concord and Harrisburg that have been using Hartz for years, so I called them to help us with large new install job at our home at the lake. Our entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Mike came out to give us a detailed, fairly priced quote for the work, we set the date, and they showed up on the day/time as scheduled with 3 trucks and lots of hands to get us done in one day! When the temperature dropped a couple of weeks ago, my HVAC stopped heating properly. I called Hartz, and within 40 minutes Josh arrived and fixed the panel. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Josh was honest, transparent, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. I truly appreciate businesses like this—reliable, fair, and customer-focused. Small businesses like Hartz deserve to thrive. Highly recommended.

Called and they had a repairman named Josh(GREAT GUY) at my residence in no time. Remind you that today is a holiday New Years Eve,and the was no extra fee charged. Most places I called had fees and or weren't open. He went into the attic and in less than 10 minutes he had diagnosed that the motor blower capacitor needed replaced and with 15 minutes he had the furnace working again. He was very polite ,informative, and professional. With an 89$ diagnostic fee plus labor and parts my bill was only 170.00. His honesty and integrity was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Hartz for all your HVAC needs. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Great experience with them! Called on a Friday after lunchtime for issues with my furnace. Honestly expected that we would likely not get anyone out there until the following week. Technician (Josh) was at my house before I could get home from work and got right to it. Figured out the issue and got it running safely. Josh was great! Nice, friendly, knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Hartz Heating & Cooling.
