I called Real Cool Heating & Air based on the great reviews online and I'm glad I did. Mike was professional and responsive. He was a clear communicator as to what my heating problem was and what it would take to fix it. He gave status updates while waiting for the part from Trane. He repaired the furnace in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Real Cool.
