I had some rework that needed to be done so Hartzell sent a new crew ran by Jones. Jones and his team showed up on time and performed exceptionally work. Jones was very professional, he handled all my concerns with detail and care. Jones had solid client facing skills, as well as high level painting skill. Jones assured me if I found any other further issues that he would personally come on his free time to address them. This is the type of service that is hard to find in south Florida. Also Credit to jones’s co-worker of whom I did not get a chance to catch his name.
