Plumber and helper showed up with no call. Fortunately, I was on-site. Refused to provide quote or hourly rate. They confirmed my concerns regarding plumbing issue and did some minor work to try and limit further damage with understanding that more work would have to be completed. Spoke to the owner Tommy while they were on-site. He said he would come out the next day to discuss doing further work. Tommy never showed up. He apologized and said he would come out the next day. Still no show. Reached out to him and he apologized once more and scheduled another day to visit. 3rd time no show without any kind of explanation. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with Tommy or Haskins Plumbing.

Extremely disappointed. I communicated all along the way with this company and after saying my job was easy and would cost Quote "a couple hundred dollars" I hired them. BUT they billed me $1,077.14 to add a hose bib. I even had to remind them to bill me a couple weeks after they finished so I could pay them. Finally they sent me the bill via email and I immediately Emailed them back "Thank you for completing the job. I was told A couple hundred dollars to do the job but did expect it to be somewhat higher just not quit this high? Again no response back. I then paid half of the bill writing "why so much difference in the price from your original quote" and now they threaten to Lein my property? No communication as to why just a threatening letter?? Very disappointed on their comm

I can't vouch for their plumbing services but due to their conduct when driving/speeding/revving their engines through neighborhoods all day, every day, I would never hire them. Do better when your name is plastered on your vehicles. Duh.

We were very impressed with the young man that came to fix our toilet on Sunday evening. He was very courteous, efficient and thorough. He had a great attitude and worked hard to resolve the issue. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again if needed.
