Otherwise known as DFW AC Repair, and formerly operated under Abundant Air.* I believe they have changed their name to hide their many negative reviews (feel free to search them under Yelp or Better Business Bureau). This is based off of my personal experience and other reviews I’ve read with almost identical stories to ours. Mark Coughlin came out to look at our tenants’ AC after it was reported to fail to cool the house below 75° (we used to live in this house and now live out of state). Our house was built in Summer 2022. The first day he came out, he diagnosed the issue as a broken thermostat issue. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed a capacitor issue, and had it swapped out in no time. He even checked refrigerant levels and cleaned the coils.
