Excellent experience with Tri-County Pumping! I've never had septic before, but purchased a new home and wanted to start off with a "clean" tank. I made a list of companies to call for pricing in no particular order. Tri-County was the first company I was actually able to reach somebody -- Erika was kind, helpful and informative with up-front and reasonable pricing. She kept me updated with my appointment and Corbet arrived to my house on time. The tanks weren't where we thought they were -- Corbet wasn't deterred and worked tirelessly to locate and dig to the tanks, and ultimately completed the pumping. I could not have asked for a better experience with this service and will definitely call them back when it's time for pumping again. You guys did a great job -- thank you!

Prompt and well prepared. Explained the process and service, then quickly and efficiently serviced the unit. A really pleasant and knowledgeable technician (Corbett) who kept the area very clean as well.

Ted came out and pumped my septic system within 2 business days from calling, did a great job, was very enjoyable to visit with. The cost was very reasonable for the service received. I will definitely use him again and if I have other maintenance needs as well.
