Randy Thurman was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he provide great service, but he informed us on how to properly maintain to extend the life of the AC system. Highly recommend to have Randy come out and look at your system to improve air quality and make sure your system is operating at peak performance through the summer heat. We will definitely book Randy again to care of all of our AC maintenance. Thanks for the great service!

My husband and I just bought our first house and it's older so fixer upper... We were told the AC was running fine when last used, as no one was living in the house anymore... Well comes to find out the unit was completely shot! UGH and in 110+ weather there was no way you can survive the night without AC.... Well Randy was willing to meet us at 7pm in CLEBURNE and inspect everything we needed to get the house cold again. Then recommend the unit we needed and was approved for 100% financing and got a new unit a week later (delayed by our schedule NOT Randy's). He told us to let it run for 24 hours since it needs time to circulate through out the house which we did and Y'all our house cooled down to 72° and remember it was 112° outside! Had Randy come out to my first home to help with my AC not working properly. He took the time to help a new homeowner understand how to maintain the systems on my own, and he was more than willing to share and explain the work he was doing. He was very professional and immediately made me feel comfortable having him in my home. Would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Randy was amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done. My wife and I called in on our home warranty to have someone come out. They did but when checked the unit to find out the problem said they couldn’t do it because it wasn’t part of our warranty. Randy came out and was able to fix the problem in minutes! Let me just say thank you Randy Thurman for getting my AC running again! Texas summers are no joke and when I schedule my appointment he got to my home on time, took his time to check everything on my AC. He was very thorough, friendly, respectful, funny and explain everything and answered any questions or concerns I had. He had made sure to have my AC working and running! I am so happy to finally found someone who is not suggesting to water my unit like if it’s a plan hahah but actual find the issue and fix it. Thank you Randy your the best 😊
