Wonderful experience from first meeting to final walk through. I replaced an old gas furnace with a new central vented heat pump system. The crew was amazing, including Alberto , Eddy, and Mikey. Yasi in accounting was most helpful. And Andrew and Mark coordinated and managed the project. All excellent listeners and good communicators. I would gladly work with them again.

Everyone at Hassler, from our consultant to the installation crew, was great to work with. They responded immediately when our old furnace died, and did a superb job with a complicated task of replacement. Furnaces are expensive, so we were able to get a no-interest deferred payment plan easily. And the new furnace is a fantastic upgrade! I would definitely recommend Hassler.

All the project managers and the installers were great, the company seems to want them all to have the same standards for work and customer service. The first salesman Gabriel answered all our questions without sales-speak, took time, was courteous and very knowledgeable.
