On contacting them, Alexandra visited us and provided consultation. She was very patient in understanding our requirements and design inputs, very organized and got back with the design for approvals. They offered us a free estimate, and due to the complexity of our problem, the estimator came back a few days later with the owner. Guy personally came and spent a long time understanding exactly what happened to our house and what we wanted to fix. The second visit was also free.
