ITS A -1 STAR AT BEST*** The sooner this company realizes that Victoria has no value at this company, things may get better. She’s the rudest, disrespectful, most unprofessional person I have ever met. I’m a resident and I’ve heard her make inappropriate comments and scream at lifeguard. Based on previous comments, it looks like that’s the kind of people they want in charge. Idk who chose her to be a district manager but they need to be fired too. Not to mention speeding through our neighborhood in the company vehicle on the phone!

Leaving some love for Hastings Water Works. I’m a resident in Aurora Shores and I just met our pool guy, Rob. Informed him that my family and I appreciate his work on our pools. It’s always nice to swim in a clear, good looking pool. My oldest daughter loves to ask questions, Rob did an amazing job of explaining his processes and why he does what he does to treat the pools. Keep up the good work; these residents appreciate it.

It's an incredible experience. Cristal, the girl in charge, always keeps everything clean and organized, and she cares about the community so we can enjoy it to the fullest. It's a pleasure to have met her.

Jared is a wealth of knowledge. He takes the time to explain needed repair work and answer all questions. He initiates conversation to make sure all alternative options are discussed. He is professional, well mannered, and able to communicate his pool repair and upkeep knowledge effectively.
