DO NOT USE. FRADULANT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! One star because I cant post a negative number. Hired Mira to event bugs. After a season of treatments, I found carpenter ants in my 10k remodeled bathroom. I was told I didnt tell them I had them and they didnt treat and its not covered. Not only can I not cancel after a year, I am now out of pocket $10k for a remodel again. BBB is my next contact. Edit: Just talked with customer service, they treat for bugs but dont warranty any of their work. Edit #2 Notice these photos after 9 months of "treatments" Never had issues until I hired them. DO NOT USE MIRA HOME!!!!!! or plan or having damages that they dont warranty. They just offer more treatments, not warranty or compensation for their "service. This is my Mira Home Tech Matthew DeJeu, I wanted to say he did an excellent job today. With my experience Mira home has been a very honest business!! He communicated very well he’s always professional when he’s here. I’m not home a lot and it’s very nice to have someone like Matt that I can trust when I’m not here. I am unfortunately a caregiver to Husband who is a stroke survivor and it’s very very very helpful to know that there’s someone like that who help someone like me thank you Matt!!!

I had a treatment in November by Connor and he informed me he could not spray my house because he didn't have the certification. That means I didn't get the full treatment but paid the full price. Now on February 5, 2026 I was forced to have a treatment because I was notified in writting if I didn't have the treatment my warranty would be voided. I only received 50% of the treatment because there is a foot of snow on the ground prohibiting the granular yard treatment and it is well below zero so the house can not be sprayed per Ohio law. So,. once again I paid for a full treatment and received only a partial treatment. This company is a joke and a waste of your money. Do not waste your money. Pay another company to protect your home.

Our tech, Tre, was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and an expert in what he was doing. He gave us pointers on how to handle some of our bug problems, and how to upkeep on not only the treatments but how to help on our side to make the treatments work even better. He is an asset to the team, and I look forward to his service in the future!

Bryce and his trainee were very friendly and helpful. They were able to complete the evaluation and first external treatment. They treated what they could inside and gave me details of the items needed to repair the damage behind my stove and at the bottom of my 3 season room door, and put me on his schedule for next week to do the repair and complete the first treatment. I am a wheelchair bound amputee who lives alone most of the week so I appreciate their extra explanations and willingness to help retrieve any mice that get stuck in the traps when my aides aren't here so I don't have the dead mice to deal with that I cannot reach.
