I recently had the opportunity to work with Jarred with Hat Plumbing to diagnose, locate and repair the pipes in my home after a foundation adjustment. From the moment he arrived, Jarred demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge as he carefully assessed the situation, explained in clear and understandable terms, and presented the most appropriate solutions. I particularly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. He did not recommend unnecessary repairs or attempt to upsell services. Had a sever line leakage issue just on outside of home. Joey from Hat plumbing very clearly explained to me the issue and process of fixing and offered to send his licensed plumber to my home at no charge to provide quote. Jose was the guy who did the job. I was sent a text with tracking info on his arrival where I could see what time he will arrive and see realtime track his location. Jose was very professional ran a camera down the line identified the issue and checked the rest to ensure there is nothing else. He wrote up a quote which was fairly priced. What an amazing company I called the day before they had me scheduled the following day. Crew arrived on time did above and beyond work. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Shawn Scott was my installation Plumber. He did an excellent job and explained everything to me.
