It began with a diagnostic visit by the owner, Corey, who was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and made me feel confident in their recommendations. Shortly after, Suzan and Nicole coordinated the next steps. They were both very helpful and responsive, providing a reasonable quote and scheduling service right away, which I truly appreciated during the summer heat. We called on Wednesday afternoon and set up an appointment for Thursday morning for an estimate. When Corey came out, he was actually able to get the part and replace it within an hour. The price was very good, and everyone involved has been helpful and courteous. I will definitely be using them again, and I’m looking forward to having them work on my air conditioner this summer.
