They did a great job with everything from the craftsmanship of the work, to great pricing, and Shawn was very fast in getting back to me if I had any questions. ***READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY*** If you’re in need of a contractor for a basement DO NOT USE Havard’s Homes General Contracting L.L.C! Shawn deceived me by giving me his word about the length of time for project and pulling permits, material that was installed isn’t the material stated in contract for flooring either. He is dishonest, unaccountable, untrustworthy, inconsistent, inconsiderate about your needs amongst other things. 14 weeks of him at my house and he wasnt even 3/4 done work that he told me would be 4 to 5 weeks tops. My basement is tiny compared to single homes. If he tells you he’s pulling permits, make sure they are pulled before you allow him to do any work on your property. Shawn and his guys replaced our deck for us in the spring - it is exactly what we wanted. Shawn listened to what we wanted and did a great job. They were respectful and professional, and his price was extremely fair. We just had Shawn do some inside work for us after a roof leak. He replaced the hardwood floors, new drywall, crown molding and paint. Everything looks beautiful. I would definitely use Shawn and his team in the future - great guys!

Sean and his workers do amazing work and it's done right the first time. The best contracting company around. No job too small or too big. If you hire them for a job you won't regret it. Honest guy and honest and hard workers as well. Their work is INCREDIBLE and their prices are fair!
