Joe was the technician who dealt with my issue of mice He was extremely thorough in his assessment of the mice entry points he identified in the basement. He then sealed these points and inspected the interior as well as the exterior where he set traps. This was his first visit. I was very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality of Royal Termite & Pest Control. I highly recommend Joe and the company he represents.
