Im a new local to Brookhaven and I recently moved into a third floor condo which had the original ( and VERY drafty) windows with broken seals, missing screens etc. I didn't realize how poor condition they were in until this past winter hit. When I called S & S and I spoke with Nancy, her bubbly personality instantly made me comfortable- so I set up a sales consultation. Julian came out for the initial consult and he was beyond professional, helpful and his expertise guided me through the entire process from picking the windows, to gaining HOA approval and finally scheduling the work. He made it all so simple for me! Billy is the contractor who completed the work and I can't even believe how gorgeous (and warm) the new triple pane, sliding windows are. We had a porch and patio added to the back of the house and are super happy with the results. We went from a little slab to wonder outdoor area. The contractors were a pleasure to work with. Team was very responsive and tweaked things as we wanted. I recommend paying attention to the project, as you always should, to catch anything that might not be correct.
