Haven 24 hr Locksmith

Zero stars if I could. I called because we have a door jam, when they left I had no lock on my door. First they don't tell you that there is a service fee of $350 dollars. Then they fix the door with out confirming the price. The technician keeps changing the price on the spot, they are very deceiving. They screen the call and kept letting us go to voice mail. We said we cannot pay the additional $350 charge on top of the $250 they were charging for a small part, for work that took less than 30 minutes. they took apart our door to remove the part and left without putting it back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Service good price is criminal. Called them to talk about what they charged, they said a manager would call me back. They never did. Charging over $600 for less than hour of work, no parts, just labor. Very upsetting taking advantage of an emergency situation.

The locksmith arrived fast and very diligent. They handle my request efficiently and were professional. Thank you for providing great customer service.

Great service, quick availability, speedy install. Highly recommend them to do your locks. They can supply the locks as well.
