Great group of folks to do business with. We tried some of the larger competitors first thinking we would save money but that wasn’t the case. We ran into high pressure sales and what felt like sleazy sale tactics. So we decided to give Haw River Floor a try. It was a much better sales experience. Top notch customer service and quality products. They worked with what was best for the customer not their pocket. Experiences like this are why I continue to use small business.

Since we used Haw River Flooring previously, we decided to do business with them again. We were not disappointed. The Mohawk carpet we chose is beautiful. I cannot say enough about the young men who completed the installation. Junior and his crew were simply the best. I highly recommend Haw River Flooring!

Excellent job! The crew arrived on time both days . We got our whole mobile home done minus our bathrooms. The flooring was installed perfectly as well as the carpet for the baby room . The crew was very respectful of our furniture and appliances when they needed to be moved . They even were able to fix a small area of the sub flooring that we weren’t able to fix ourselves in time for the install. Would 100 percent recommend these guys for any flooring needs ! I had such a great experience with Haw River Flooring! They were super nice and very communicative every step of the way. They offered to order samples for me and shipped them right to my house so I could choose my final carpet choice. They were able to install new carpeting on my stairs in just a few hours and they did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know and will use them again in the future if needed. I was very impressed with their friendly customer service!

Haw River Flooring delivered 200%. They have great products, sure. But, Flooring is so much more than product. The customer service is outstanding. The installation was fabulous. The men who put in our carpet were knowledgeable, polite, and concerned with my satisfaction. These men ripped out the old carpet and padding, and had the new padding and carpet down in one day! We had 2000+sq/ft installed. Plus they repaired a tile floor in another room before they left. The best part, their price beat everyone in the area. We could not be happier. Need Flooring?
