The housing market is insane. After riding the rollercoaster of highs/lows searching for a home we stumbled upon Hawk Haven Townhomes. After our first meeting with Lance my wife and I left, talked in the drive way for 2 minutes, then went back in and secured our home. This is why: - Clear Cost. No convoluted bidding wars. The unit has a set selling price, do you want it or not? Thankfully no bidding wars or convoluted offers. - Minimal Customization. Others draw you in with the base price, but checking a few boxes results in +20% costs. Not here. There were only 3 choices, round or square sink, color matched or white kitchen island, and drywall/mudded garage or painted/epoxied garage. Lance was awesome to work with. I would say that these townhomes are the best in the area, considering quality of the build and straightforward price. I originally was going to go with Woodside townhomes, and I’m so glad I didn’t! Almost everyone that visits comments on the structure of the home, which is definitely something you want to hear when moving into new construction.

the hoa is questionable. what is covered and what is not is a very thin line. if they r willing to enforce something don’t expect a face to face warning. they will haul your truck away w/o warning and during the wee hours of the morning - no notice and warning

Fantastic, I walked in and Lance was super friendly, the options are very nice and the model home looks great. My place is being built and I can't wait to move in.
