I canceled my service for a reason. Even better, afterwards, I get a daily phone call harassing me for the balance due. They commented that no matter what I say, they will call me until they collect my balance due. I paid every 3 months for them to come, I was never home during their visits and it doesn't seem like their services did anything. So beware folks, this is like one of those gym memberships that are impossible to get out of. This is what harassing phone calls gets you Hawx. Enjoy the bad review.

I originally had a contract with EcoShield Pest Control, which I pay $199 every 3 months for pest service, and I can call them come out and do in-between service at no extra charge. Hawks sales person knocked on my door, pitched to me they offer me $150 every 3 month for the same service. After I used their service for 4 month, I realized they are charging me at $130 every month, not quarterly. there is a 49.99 basic pest control, and $89.99 on top for the feature they can come out in-between do pest control without additional fee. So I called them to cancel, they charged me $398 fee to cancel. Total in 4 month, I paid $910. If this is not a scam, I don't know what it is. Do not listen to their sales person pitch. They are just lying to their teeth.

Hawk pest solutions happened to pull up to our neighbors house as I was googling looking for a service for yellow jacket removal. I spoke with James and he said he was able to take care of this now as he was already here. Great service and was very knowledgeable. Thanks so much!!!
