Haynes Plumbing Sewer and Water Services

After asking for recommendations on our neighborhood FB page and reading so many raving reviews, we called them out for our 4yr old water heater. We noticed some water leaking into the pan and Jacob, who was great, determined that we had to have one 5gal Expansion Tank and two Temperature and Pressure Relief Valves replaced. Where the problem comes in, is the outrageous pricing. They charged us aprox. $700 labor for a 1 hour job. The total time of the whole job with the consult was about two hours. With half that time being used chasing parts. He said that he didn't have the parts on the truck and had to go to both Lowes and Home Depot to find a tank. Not really my problem and I really don't think it's fair to include that time in my overall job. But, nonetheless they don't break it down.

Our trusted plumber unexpectedly passed away and we found ourselves in need of a reasonable, knowledgeable and reliable plumber. Junior was able to see exactly what the issue was quickly (it wasn’t what we thought) and told me everything that he was going to do to fix the shower faucet that was leaking in the wall and to give me a total estimate of what the job would cost. We initially called Haynes to have a consultation for our brand new toilet not flushing, and having work done on our shower. During this consultation, our son had a nasty fall on his bike outside. Junior, the technician, helped take my son's bike back to our garage. After helping our son, he walked us through how we could resolve the toilet issue. Needless to say, we got it working. Then on our second appointment, Junior worked on our shower. As a service provider myself, I was very impressed with the professionalism with Haynes plumbing.
