Wow… where do I even begin? Hays & Sons is an absolutely outstanding company. When a broken pipe turned our basement into a full-blown indoor swimming pond, within an hour and a half of our insurance company contacting Hays & Sons, Omar and Jacob were at our door. They worked seven straight hours, well past normal work time, until every last bit of standing water was gone. By the time they finished installing what felt like 200 fans, my house sounded like a regional airport, but it was exactly what the situation needed. 1st big shout out to Omar & Jacob. Wonderful customer service!!! The mitigation manager Storm was so knowledgeable and friendly, he truly made sure that I understood what was going on and what needed to happen. He explained everything so thoroughly and made me feel confident and comfortable in Hays + Sons! Everyone I spoke with (technicians to accounting) was so supportive and helpful! They will be the only company that I will ever recommend! Thank you for everything!! My house has never felt more safe and looked so nice!

Omar and Jason were very respectful of my house and other flooring - there is snow outside and they wiped their feet every time they came in and out and even cleaned the floors before they left !!! I gave them water and snacks and they said “Thank You” and were appreciative !

Hays + Sons was a referral from a friend of ours. While they had not worked with your company directly, one of their customers had and had been very pleased. So he gave us Storm's contact info. We reached out to Storm immediately and he had us on the books for the next day to assess damage after a leak from a dishwasher in our kitchen and throughout our basement. Storm was thorough and answered all of our questions. Communication was exceptional. He was on time and responsive with every call, text, and the estimate delivery! He made arrangements for his project manager, Dawn, to show up the next day to begin the mitigation process. Last Wednesday marked the first experience my wife and I had with Hays and Sons. You were the 3rd of 3 companies that provided an estimate. Storm arrived and put us at ease before he even provided an estimate with his calm demeanor and knowledge. On Friday Dawn arrived to remove the wet drywall and did a fantastic job. Some companies employees give off the air of ‘Stay away so I can get this done’ but not Dawn. She explained what she was doing and provided a good plan of attack.
