My family has used HB Steele for years now. They supply all of our oil and we have always received exceptional service. Their expert technicians installed a very efficient new heating system in our home several years ago and we were very satisfied with the installation and are very happy with its continued great performance. Overall the company provides quality products, superb technical support using experienced staff, and great customer service.

When we moved into our new home we have never dealt with oil heat before. We called HB Steele on the recommendation of a neighbor. They came to our home, looked at our setup and answered every question we had. The customer service is top notch and it seems like they really care about their customers. So glad we found them. Will never use another oil company again.

I highly recommend using this local family run business. They really go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. They are always prompt with oil deliveries and anytime I've had an issue with my furnace, they were there ASAP to help me get it going again. I always caution my friends that shop around to save a penny or two per gallon, "you know Steele will be there to help when your heat goes out on a Sunday afternoon, what about (insert name of fly by night company here)?" Don't forget to have them check your furnace annually and inspect your oil tank. Skimping in these services could cost you a lot.

I have been a customer for years and have always had great service. Today, HB Steele went above and beyond. I ran out of oil last night because I have been so overloaded working 14 hrs a day plus a two hour daily commute. An owner personally delivered two hours after call! Again, AMAZING service!

H.B. Steele and Son recently installed a Fujitsu Mini split AC/Heat Pump system in my house and I couldn't be happier. From the day I contacted them about the product until the moment they left my house with the units functioning I was thoroughly impressed. The entire process was easy and they were the epitome of professionalism. Any questions I had were answered. They gave me advice on financing that was helpful.
