Trying to reach Mike for a couple of weeks haven’t returned Any of my phone calls, was supposed to start work never came back or responded to multiple calls and texts. update still hasn’t contacted me back we went with another company Who was very professional Update: they still haven’t reached out even though they claim they have.

Never returned call. Called 2 times in same day.office said they will contact pump truck. Still no answer so i Called competitor that afternoon and they came out that day. Perfect job the young man did and price was very fair.

We had our tank pumped, they were professional and charming. They did an awesome job. Then they realized out pump was not working, they came back out and fixed it, saving us time and money. We will definitely use them again.

They were super nice and friendly. I was recommended to them by my cousins, and they weren't wrong. They came out earlier than expected and they finished the job quickly. I am a disabled veteran, and I was bent out of shape and stressing, but they put my mind at ease by fixing it so quickly. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone

I called Strouse Brothers in a bit of a panic on a Friday afternoon after the alarm for my septic pump went off. They came out the same day, identified the problem and assured me I would be fine for the weekend. They got me a quote for a new pump by Monday morning and were out later that morning to fix it. I worked with Joey, he was very knowledgeable and courteous and I appreciated his trying to coordinate with the local municipality to get this problem fixed quickly. Would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Thank you!
