HBT Precise Lawn Care

1 star. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called this lawn care service after finding them on Google Maps. I introduced myself and politely asked who I was speaking with — just a basic courtesy when trying to do business. The person responded rudely with, “You called me,” and gave no name or professionalism. I calmly explained that I was just asking for a name for reference, and they hung up on me. This was completely unprofessional and off-putting. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine how they handle actual jobs. Based on this experience, I do not believe they deserve to be serving the community.

Had an agreement for him to come and do a property then stop answering the call or would answer I suppose see who it was and then hang up on me very unprofessional

HE WILL DAMAGE EVERYTHING!! Definitely a 1star. I will never hire this guy Steven for any type of work that needs to be done. Very Unprofessional while damaging outside wiring before he even started the job. THIS GUY IS A 1 STAR FOR A REASON! Trust me he’s not worth hiring EVEN IF HE SAID THE JOB IS FREE I STILL WOULDN'T HIRE HIM!! He will definitely damage more than what he come to fix. Zero stars if I could!!! He don’t deserve any stars!!! His one star reviews are Facts!!!
