There aren't many times in life when one needs a home inspector. But when you do, I would highly recommend St Louis Home Inspection Services. Steve Sonderen was on time, very thorough with his investigation and he made sure I understood all aspects of the project we were undertaking, he was extremely personable and was a great source of information. He found problems we were able to get the seller to fix. He was great at communicating what needed to be done as well as maintenance tips. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable, which made everything less stressful. Real pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be referring Steve to our family and friends.

Steve was very patient and descriptive when it came to the inspection. This was my very first experience with buying my first home and he was amazing. From the very first phone call, Steve was very professional, even when we had to reschedule at the last minute because our kids were sick. On the day of inspection, he was very thorough when going through all areas of the home, walking through and pointing out observations to my husband. At the end of his inspection he took the time to go through some of his findings with us and gave us quick and easy tips for some ways to maintain the home. He then prepared a detailed report and had it back to us by the end of the next business day. I will be recommending Steve to any of my friends and family going through the home buying process.
