They came out to take a look at my furnace the same day I called which is unheard of! Unfortunately my 30 year old furnace could not be repaired & had to be replaced. Kevin provided a fair estimate up front, the furnace was replaced including a warranty, and I've had no issues. Having to replace a furnace during the winter can be stressful, but hiring Nu-Way made the process better. I've recommended them to all my family & friends.

Kevin was recommended by my aunt and cousins and was able to come out and give us a quote right away. He was courteous and professional. Patient with all of our questions and even showed us a picture of the problem. I was taught by my father to always get 3 quotes on anything that needs to be fixed at the house. My hot water heater went out and Nu-Way came to the rescue! Before they came out, Kevin was willing to troubleshoot the issue on the phone to see if it was necessary for me to even pay for a visit… Who does that anymore? Love it! However, the water heater was leaking so they put me at the top of the list and got here right away. Kevin was very friendly and cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Fast and great service! He even let us know we could get a rebate through the utility company which saved money!! I highly recommend them!

In the middle of summer, our A/C went out, days before we had to leave the country for our own wedding. Kevin was great. Called to report a high temperature shutdown error with our water heater in the late morning, he was there within an hour. Had it diagnosed and a new part installed a short time later.
