Great product, disappointing follow-up HC Granite installed our kitchen countertops in a rental home about five years ago. Recently we noticed a water stain in one corner and the backsplash appears out of level when checked with a level (caulk lines are intact, so the top itself doesn’t seem to have dropped). I visited the showroom and made five follow-up calls starting in mid-August 2025 to request service for leveling and stain removal. As of September 10, 2025, I haven’t received a call back or service visit. The original install looked good, but post-sale support has been frustrating. We are always told that the person we need to talk to is out of the office and will be back shortly and return our call.
