HCI Cabinetry and Design

HCI completed our kitchen renovation in December and we couldn’t be more pleased. Custom cabinets and quartz countertops were installed without any problems at all and they are beautiful. We met with Kris several times to plan and measure and he offered ideas as to layout and design. They followed the projected timeline and even though we ran into a couple of problems typical to a 40 year old home (venting, moving of a gas line) they finished almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They were a pleasure to work with every step of the way, and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Be aware if you buy cabinets through this company. The owner is really unprofessional and was drunk or drinking most of the times I met with or spoke to him. It was an awful experience. Absolutely no customer service at all. If something is wrong or not working on the cabinets good luck getting the owner or anyone to respond to you. Once he was paid we could never get ahold of him. Ended up having another cabinet company fix broken or worn out hinges on my brand new cabinets.

This industry is so competitive that I urge you to choose another vendor. One who is professional, communicates clearly, is reliable, not wrought with excuses and most importantly, is honest. We used this vendor 10 years ago before they reorganized. We had issues back then but this time we just needed new countertops and thought it would be easy. I cannot stress to you enough how difficult the easiest thing has become. Ending with the need to eject the owner from our home due to extremely inappropriate behavior. Do yourself a favor and use one of the many other companies out there. This is one family owned company you need to avoid.

Great customer service! I had a minor issue after 3 years of having my cabinets installed. The owner came out the next day and fixed everything. I'm very pleased with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Over the last several years I've been working with Ken on a design for my kitchen and two baths. Well, that project is now 100% complete and the cabinets fit and finish are perfect. If I need more, and I will, I'll be using Ken to design and order.
