Mike was good and was very knowledgeable. Very nice and respectful and we very much appreciated that he explained everything what he was doing and all about the system. He came out on the day I called because we had no heat and was very upfront about everything he did and what needed to be done. We'll definitely be coming back as a customer.

Definitely hire Mike for your needs. Replaced my water heater after I called on Friday of the New Year's holiday. Came out Saturday and installed on Sunday. Was leaking and I was going on an extended vacation out of country a few days latter. What could have been a worry or disaster while I am on vacation was solved thanks to Mike. Mike was extremely thorough in servicing my heater before the start of the cold weather. He spent much more time checking everything than my previous company and his rates and service plans are a very good price.

A/C stopped working and Mike came the very next day which was Sunday. He had a family commitment in the afternoon but he showed up as promised Sunday morning. He fixed it and gave us an honest status on the unit. We also signed up for the yearly maintenance plan which provided us with peace of mind.
