HD Restoration

On 8/25/25 during one of the worst storms of the year in Arizona, my very large pine tree unfortunately fell onto my home- a couple of branches pierced through the roof and into my garage. Once the roof situation was handled as well as the water mitigation to prevent further water damage to the inside of my garage, I had HD Restoration come out to fix the interior of my garage. I can't stress how stressful it was mentally to come home from work everyday to quickly be reminded about the damage my garage sustained during the storm. They were able to knock out the work on my garage in one day. It looks better than it did prior to the damage, and it feels great to come home stress free now after work. I hope I don't have anything happen to my home again, but if I do, I look forward to working

HD Restoration was a big help to my family. After water mitigation was finished, HD stepped up to bat and helped get our home back together. They were communicative (both with myself and insurance agent), intentional, and did a great job. Even when we hit some hiccups with the bathroom they helped walk me through the process. Our house is now back together and I'm very thankful to their company.

We were looking for a company to install and paint/texture a drywall ceiling in our kitchen. I called Mark and he was very accommodating. Had his crew out in 2 days. It wasn’t a huge job (8x11) but the 2 men were fast and efficient. Very friendly and even cleaned up after themselves!! I have used Mark’s company a few times and always a pleasant experience. Mark has a great sense of humor! The cost was much more reasonable than the other 3 quotes we got and the timing was even better! The job was completed and I promptly paid my remaining balance. A couple of weeks later I received a check for $200 for an overpayment. The check bounced and I can't get anyone from the company to call me back to explain this issue.

Earlier this year I had an unfortunate event where one of my bathrooms suddenly started flooding. Through my plumber I was connected through HD Restoration. They were timely get everything mitigated and ready for the insurance to review. Communication was great from everyone. Most delays were due to uncertainty from the insurance. Whenever things were ready to move forward, they were more than willing to work with me as I was waiting for insurance checks to show up in the mail. They got started promptly and talked me through everything prior to work being started. Bobby was the main point person on the job with Tony and Edward doing the majority of the work. They were respectful, had great communication, and even went above and beyond what my expectations were by taking care of small issu
