Absolutely horrible. Told me 1hr to load 4hrs ago. I checked at 3.5hrs and was told they have 1 pallet to load but went to lunch. Then said theyre back and I'll be ready in 2 minutes...that was half hour ago. This place will lie to your face with a smile. I bet they wouldn't be happy if they didn't get paid for 4hrs of work.

So far on schedule.. 5 min into checking in ,I was told to back in a door , another 10min after that I heard my trailer being unloaded.. not to shabby.

do not come here for a pick up.they are relly slow and don't give any updates.this place is a joke run poorly from to top down

Got in the night before, plenty of parking in the back droplot. Checked in at 0730 for 0900. In dock immediately, started unloading at 0830, out by 1000. No business is in the other half of the building.

Overnight parking available in lot 15, which I’m guessing is the lot full of trailers beyond their dock lot. That’s where I parked. Park here overnight and creep to the docks. Bear in mind that they will probably take a very long time to unload, even if you have the first appt of the day, check in a half hour early and are docked before your appt time. Maybe some people get special priority here. I’ve seen a few trucks come and go while I wait. And I’m still waiting. They started about 15 minutes after my appt and it’s been sporadic ever since. Going on 2 hours at the docks. The two stars are for overnight parking.
