I’ve been working with this company I believe since 2015 They are always very professional yet very kind and caring in the same And I’d like to give a special shout out to Chris. My last service I was running a little late and I called the office to let them know that if they couldn’t wait for me that was fine. And Chris took the courtesy to actually wait the extra time to allow me to get back for our appointment. And in this day and age when schedules are so tight and often Techs or companies would not allow for that extra time Chris, in my opinion, went above and beyond by waiting for me! Excellent company. I use them for all my pest control, lawn maintenance keeping my lawn healthy and green. They are exceptional at paying attention to detail. As I business owner myself.. they are a notch above when it comes to customer service. I am very satisfied with the services they provide and will continue to use them for my home and business. I like the fact that you always have the same service technician. To me turn over is a direct reflection of management in a company … they set the standard in Highlands county for pest control services.

Do not use this company. Paid for them to take care of our landscaping with fertilization, pesticide, fungicide on a regular basis every three months. Most of our landscaping hasn't looked good in months and a lot of our bushes and plants have died. Just found out from soil testing there is no nutrients in our soil. The levels are extremely low. After talking to some other professionals. The opinion is if the fertilazation was being done properly the nutrient levels should not be so low. It is obvious what they have been spraying is not what they say it is. Its a scam. The owner never returns calls when there is a problem. Very unproffesional.

Love the way the guys work. The two employees that spray my house is cele and Christian and they are really friendly and do such a great job. Very educated workers I told them what my problem was and they solved it and never had it again. Will definitely be using them for a long time.

I have had this company for three years between two homes. In the past one and a half years I have called many times due to "Carpet Weed"entering my lawn. I have had to call multiple times in order to receive a return call. Last year after the usual chase I got the owner to come to view the problem. He arranged with a sub-contractor to replace some of the damaged lawn. Since then I caught his service person and asked him to treat additional areas which has had little effect. During the past two weeks I have called several times and requested the owner come and speak with me. to date I have heard nothing. As of to today I have contacted another company to service my lawn.
