I initially contacted HGB based off reviews , as a business owner myself I know how important this can be to consumers, I wanted a company who could handle the entire tear down of my old garage to a new 3 car garage with storage . After emailing HGB and a couple business days (2 at most ) later , Andrew scheduled a consultation with me at my residence. The whole process was very professional, Andrew and the team were attentive to my needs , they handled 100% of everything including the permit . While things were off to a slow start once the old garage was demolished it set us back on concrete work and everything else that comes after , it can definitely be frustrating at times but there’s nothing any of us could have done due to all the rain we were having….. it’s just the way it is….

Heartland Garage Builders was fantastic to work with! They were extremely responsive to our requirements and designed the perfect space for us. The detached garage they built is now a yoga/workout area in one room, and a wood workshop in the other. Andrew and Chris are excellent listeners, extremely good in recommending options, flexible in problem solving, and most importantly, great communicators and project managers. I don't think it could have gone better than this. I highly recommend HGB for your garage project!

My wife and I determined that we needed a new detached garage this year due to structural issues with our old garage. After meeting with 6 garage companies, we decided to select Heartland Garage Builders and we were so glad we did. Construction is an undertaking, but the team at Heartland helped us develop our vision and made it come to life - perfectly! They were excellent to collaborate with and get us to a final vision and then once that was in place, they took care of the rest. Each and every contractor involved with the project was top-notch. Yes, there were needs to reschedule here or there due to weather, but the communication was excellent and during the process there were some minor ‘tweaks’ we wanted to make - Heartland took those in stride and we now have our dream garage.

Heartland Garage failed. Their concrete contractor took all of 6 weeks to install 3 sides of foundation and a slab. The slab was poured with the pitch going the wrong way. The rain water comes into the garage, not out. Back filling of the foundation was done incorrectly. Inside of the foundation was supposed to be ALL STONE. Outside was Not compacted. Everything settled/sank. Heartland did NOT complete the JOB EITHER!!! 1) Did not landscaper 2) Didn't not replace the slab. They wanted to fix it with epoxy. Even their epoxy contractor said that it was to deep to fix with epoxy. You can not install 2-1/2 inches of epoxy and expect it to last. 3) Did not Epoxy floor 4) Didn't not reseal my 200 foot driveway. 5) Didn't not replace my magnolia tree that they destroyed. 6) Didn't not have my se

Heartland Garage Builders were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Andrew designed a garage that exceeded our high expectations and guided us through local approvals and variances. Chrissy and Chris led the project team seamlessly. I could not recommend them enough.
