Found Orlando at Hearty Concrete on Google Maps after getting another quote from a friend. His price was much better, he came out the next day, and started the job within a week. I’d been putting off doing my driveway for years, but Orlando was patient, honest, and explained every option clearly. He did my driveway, back patio, and a front patio overlay. When I wasn’t happy with the overlay at first, he came back and redid it without hesitation. Truly stands by his work. The finished job looks amazing. Neighbors keep stopping to compliment it! Highly recommend Orlando and Hearty Concrete for anyone needing quality concrete work done right.

Do not use Hearty Concrete. The patio pad for our backyard, laid by Hearty Concrete, is not level so much so, that the new pergola had to be lifted on one side by 3" to even remotely be level (this is well beyond normal drainage parameters to the yard which is the 90 degrees the other direction). They additionally poured-in access to our crawl space door. We also had Orlando put an overlay on the front concrete walkway leading up to our porch and the quality of the workmanship is embarrassing. He repeatedly dismissed it as the texture was related to "our sprinkler" turning on and an unknown boot print that did not belong to him (or his employee). We asked him several times to rectify it, which he would not. In fact, if we wanted him to return to the home, he would charge us an extra fee.

Hearty Concrete was very professional, punctual, had hard worth ethic, set precise and clear expectations and followed through on everything they said they were going to do. They did exceptional work, had the best communication on the entire contract/project, and they went the extra mile and took no short cuts. I’m a contractor and had them do some personal work on our home. I am Looking forward to recommending their services professionally and personally. Orlando is a stand up owner and the crew was respectful and are amazingly hard working men.

I previously left a great review. Now I must update it. Upon further inspection, It turns out the pad for my shop, laid by hearty concrete, is not level. So much so that my builders have rendered it useless. I have spoken with hearty concrete and they refuse to rectify the problem at their expense. Beware of Orlando and company. They do not stand behind their work.
