Unprofessional: I was put in contact with Heat Huggers through MassSAVE. Originally, I had a positive experience. However, a few weeks after our service was complete, it was apparent siding of the house was not properly installed. At first, they were responsive and offered to come address the issue. However, after missing an appointment and then rescheduling the company has completely ghosted me. I called three or four extra times, sent a message to my original contact via text and did everything that I could. However, the issue still remains unsolved.

Stay away at all costs. My daughter hired this company to address reducing sound from the condo apartment next door. Miles (owner??) Came down and was confident that by insulating the wall it would reduce the sound by around 65%. The estimate was for $1200 which also included repainting the wall. My daughter gave $900 and the remainder to be paid at completion. Bottom line, insulation provided no relief! She called him and after several attempts to reach him over several days he called back and said he was going to come down. That was the last she heard from him. I called from my number and he picked up! He tried to come up with all these excuses which were all lies and was not going to do anything. Also mentioned that the painting was never done. Talked with Richard & asked him asked a couple questions about the perks of insulation & he gave more information then I expected, I appreciate it with the knowledge he gave about it. He should get a raise 👍🏼
