All was going well and they did an excellent job, until the end where they dumped the clothes out of the bins They were in and expected them to be heat treated after the heating had already moved upstairs. This of course introduced the bed bugs back into the basement. They were only willing to spray and not heat again since they had already been back for the second heating.DO NOT use them as the second introduction of the bedBugs was their own faul
