Having recently purchased a stand alone home (as opposed to condo) the team from Heatcool has been very helpful to me. John has given me nuggets of information, that a home owner should know… needless to say… I had no idea about any of the functions of any HVAC systems. I’m glad to have them on my team!

HeatCool (4511 N Kedzie, Chicago) has been our trusted HVAC service provider for 10+ years. High rise living makes HVAC, humidity and moisture challenging. The proper solution is almost custom designed for the environment since every building is different (age, glass good/bad for HVAC, etc) . Once designed, the Service Team supports the system….they are a 10 Star ⭐️ Team. Sam is like an HVAC surgeon and really puts the homeowners mind at ease. The front end (Theresa), service techs (Sam, Alex) and designer/owner (John) creates the A-Team. Jim & Mary Chicago

Excellent cleaning/maintenance job on our through-wall ACs by Marlon and Sebastian. They were extremely thorough, explained things clearly, gave us helpful tips, and were very personable and kind. We’ll ask for them by name for next year’s maintenance.

We wanted to install a thermostat in our apartment that could be changed remotely. Due to the wiring configuration in the building, the Nest thermostat did not work. HeatCool researched and found a thermostat that worked and were flexible about scheduling. Sam, the technician from HeatCool, was amazing. He set the system up quickly and followed up to make sure the system worked perfectly. I cannot recommend HeatCool enough, great service!

I’ve opted out multiple times but keep getting solicited for a review so I guess I’ll give one. Heat Cool came to service a steam boiler in a 3 unit property last season. We were experiencing a shut off problem from a faulty / dirty flame sensor. The tech that came was a nice guy but could not or would not swap the sensor out. He did a nice cleaning and a long purge but that was it. I’m expecting the problem to continue this upcoming season. It has been hard to find a steam boiler maintenance provider that knows their stuff. I am not planning to use heat cool again.
