I want to thank Matt at HeatCool1 for his quick, professional service to repair my HVAC the morning after the coldest night of the year. He showed up within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem within 1 hour. He was also very cognizant of my 10 month old grandson visiting with inside temps in our house at 56°. Couldn’t ask for more from an HVAC repair call. Highly recommend Matt! He will now be our HVAC service company from here on out.

Called Matt for service but ended up needing more. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Came back and completed the repairs when parts came in without any issues. We will be using him again for any other HVAC needs

Matt was very Professional. He answered my call in a very quick manner. Was here at our home within the hour, had the issue diagnosed and resolved before Lunch. He sat down with me, explained the issue, so I would understand. Gave me Great tips on how to prolong the life of our New system. Would definitely recommend him, for all of your Heating & Air Conditioning questions and needs!

Matt has great response time does a great great job personable in a classy way I definitely definitely my husband and I recommend him! We have used him in the past and he was the best!

Matt arrived on schedule and proceeded to thoroughly trouble shoot our unit. It was his first time at our house as we use another contractor that was on vacation. He quickly figured out the problem and corrected it. He then went on to make sure that the drain line was completely clean. He installed a union so I could dismantle the line to clean it in future. He then charged us $200 less than our normal contractor who was supposed to have done the same job 3 weeks earlier. Needless to say I think Matt will be seeing us again in the future. Outstanding service on time with a reasonable cost. 🤩
