Anthony came to our home to help my father learn how to use his new dishwasher, and he was truly wonderful. He went through each setting slowly, explaining different situations and how to choose the best options for everyday use. What really stood out was that he took extra time to let my father explain everything back to him, making sure it all made sense and that he felt confident. Anthony was endlessly patient, kind, and very thorough. I feel relieved knowing my father now feels comfortable and capable using his appliance. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with their service. They took time to completely diagnose the issue. They even got on the phone with Samsung and went through a troubleshooting process. They received an error code telling them exactly what part was defective. They ordered the part and actually showed up a few days early to replace it. They showed me the defective part once it was removed. Cleaned the old ice from ice maker and other ice that was frozen on moving parts.They were fast efficient and professional. Exceptional experience with Island Appliance Repair on a challenging washer issue. Our technician Tiffany's expertise, collaboration and documentation with GE, willingness to come out three times to diagnose and replace two parts was best in class. Tiffany's positive attitude, understanding our urgency, and assurance throughout reduced our frustration with GE. Island was very fair with labor charge and scheduled Tiffany to come back to our home the next day after parts arrived.

Great customer service and fantastic technician. I have home warranty coverage, which set me up with Island Appliance to fix my dryer. Island Appliance sent Tiffany, who was terrific. She explained what needed to be done very clearly, how long it would take for parts, and that it was safe to use the dryer in the meantime — really noisy— but safe. About a week later, Tiffany came back and replaced the several aged-out parts with no problem. She was punctual (called ahead if she was running early to ask if that was OK), neat as a pin, super-nice, and fussed over my dog. She was perfect. Dryer is now so quiet I forget it's on.
