Heating & Air Conditioning contractor

Sears covers my home, they setup which company will do my repairs and it definitely can be hit and miss with getting a good repair technician. I got extremely lucky with Willie. He works long hrs. 10-12 hr days. I was his last call at the end of our first 80 degree day. My HVAC unit would not come on at all. This man figured out the issue quickly and was able to fix it. Willie you are my hero. Thank you so very much. You definitely should get a raise.

My furnace stopped working so my home warranty First American assigned Furnace Doctor. The customer rep I talked to was very friendly and understanding and setup an appointment on the next day. The technician Willie showed up on time and was extremely friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away. He came back 2 days later with the new part and got our furnace working again. The whole experience really exceeded my expectation specially after reading some of the negative feedbacks. Highly recommended.

American Home Insurance contracted The Furnace Doctor to do routine Winter maintenance. They sent the request on 9/30 with a 24-hour call back to schedule an appointment. As of today, I didn't receive any callbacks or emails to schedule the appointment. I decided to call today and briefly talked to a lady. I tried to politely explain that I hadn't received any calls to schedule, but immediately she cut me off and rudely said we are not scheduling anything for you; we are only servicing people who don't have heat and said that I should go back to AHI and deal with it. I was in shock at the audacity and lack of professionalism. The ratings explain a lot. Do not do business with this company.

Worst customer service EVER!!! Lied to 2x within the 2 conversations I had with the person who answered the phone. Management seems to be fine with letting that person talk to customers the way she did. Thankfully, she didn't like how I talked to her and sent the request back to the warranty company, and they assigned another company. I would avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. Management was no better literally telling me I was sticking my nose somewhere it didn't belong. Who talks to customers that way??? I have worked in customer service and call centers for more than 2 decades. If I ever spoke to someone the way either one of the two people spoke to me, I'd have been fired. Update: 4/14/2021 The furnace dr got the approval from the home warranty company nearly a month ago, came out to fix the problem and not only didn’t complete it but now said something else is wrong. Now we have to wait another month for this part to be ordered. When I tried to call they won’t answer my calls or return my calls to me to give me any updates on when this part will be coming in. The front office lady keeps telling me that John the owner is taking care of this- Ha! Not sure what taking care of means with this company. Let’s see if we can get this heat pump to work before summer comes and we will need the AC to work since we haven’t had it all winter. We bought a new house to us and the sellers said that there was one part that needed to be replaced on this new heat pump. Well
