Nasseff has been our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs for the past 15 years. They have always been timely and helpful. They always make certain you are pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.
Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a "commercial" service for my "residential" low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
Fantastic technicians and customer service is top notch.
