Extremely thankful for Absolute Comfort fitting us in last minute to work on our AC system when ours stopped working on a hot day. Josh was very professional and kind. He fixed the issue quick and was upfront on what the service would run. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

I highly recommend Jake from Absolute Comfort. He came last week Friday to help us with our older central air unit that wasn’t working. It was up to 80 degrees in our house during one of the hot stretches. I had called other places that Thursday. Jake was able to get to our house first thing the very next morning & even offered to come that afternoon. Other places couldn’t get to our house until four days later, after the weekend. We were pretty uncomfortable so really relieved & grateful Jake could come that quickly! He came as he said he would & was kind, patient, respectful, down-to-earth, and professional. Even in the sweltering heat. He showed me the ice in our furnace unit & clearly explained what to do. He had me come outside with him while he tested our AC unit & was welcoming

Absolute comfort is the best. Over the past two years they have upgraded our heater and more recently come out assess and fix our AC over a very hot holiday weekend. They stand behind their work, offer a fair and reasonable cost, and are so easy to work with. We are very happy customers.

Two outstanding guys, both easy to talk to with tons of knowledge. Jake worked at my place the most, taking out old failing furnace and putting in a new furnace. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I was impressed he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and show me some pointers along the way, and without talking down to me. So refreshing when you are a young women. Jake took the time to make sure it was done right. I have a older trailer, he replaced the sub flooring under my furnace, got under the trailer and on the roof of the trailer. Outstanding service and gave me an ease of mind. They will have my business for life. Completely impressed!

Absolute was our 3rd opinion after we were having issues with out furnace. They were honest, professional, and didn't at all feel pushy so we went with them to replace the furnace after their diagnosis. They came for the job on time and were respectful of our home. After the installation they showed me the new unit and explained how everything worked. Even though I clearly didn't know anything about furnaces, I didn't feel like they were talking down to me. They even put in a new drain hose so that we were all up to code. We were impressed with the positive experience and appreciate Absolute so much!
