I couldn't be happier with Flourtown Heating & Air Conditioning after they installed a new heater and air conditioner at my house today. Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He was responsive, took the time to help my wife and I understand the options available to us, and he gave us a good deal. His crew of Steve and Dan were just as super! They removed our old system, did a great job cleaning up, and then took great pride in installing our new high efficiency heater, air conditioner and thermostat. I even got a phone call from the owner, Tom a few hours after the install thanking us for our service. Highly recommend this company to all and thanks again for your timely response even over the Christmas holiday!!!

The sales consultant spent over an hour doing a full Manual J load calculation, measuring every room and window, not just glancing at our old unit. Explained the pros/cons of different SEER ratings and variable-speed compressors without pressure. Chose a mid-range system that perfectly fits our 1980s split-level. Installation was meticulous – they even rerouted some ugly refrigerant lines behind the house for a cleaner look.

Best HVAC company around. Call about an issue we were having with our heater. Tom came over and diagnosed the issue right away. Then he gave us a few options. It great having someone like Tom who is fair and honest! 5 Stars!!!
