Dominion helped us upgrade or old HVAC cobbler together system with a well designed and installed new system a few years ago. Years later runs like a champion, and when we had a hot spell recently and the upstairs system wasn’t working well Dominion had a repair tech out and workin gainer than I could put down the phone. After purchasing the building in which our business operates, I contacted Dominion to start regular maintenance of our system. I called and spoke to someone in March and was told I would be contacted to schedule an appointment for a regular servicing and check-up. I did not receive a call back so in April, I went onto the website and sent in a request for the same thing and mentioned I had not been called back. 2 weeks later, Dominion called me, apologizing for not getting back in touch initially. When I informed them that the building was under new ownership, the woman told me I would have to speak to an account specialist to arrange a new contract. I was assured that I would be contacted and we would have service shortly. That was at the end of May. 2 weeks later, still nothing. This com
